Updates on Access Routes to North Market

4/4/2022 Update

On Monday, April 4, crews began work on 45th Avenue, Webber Parkway, and the triangle intersection. The city expects to complete construction on 45th Avenue and the intersection by summer, followed by Webber Parkway in the fall. As early as mid- to late-May, crews will begin work on Lyndale Avenue. They expect this work to be complete by fall.

11/3/2021 Update

The entrance on Humboldt Ave is back open. However, Fremont Ave is closed after elections ended. See map below for reference. Safe travels!

Hi Neighbors, we’ve got a couple of updates for you on this important day of voting for your Mayor, City Council, and more!mThe north entrance of North Market on Humboldt Ave is closed. Meanwhile, the intersection on Fremont Ave is temporally opened for access to Hamilton Manor on 44th Ave for elections. See map for details on how to access our local businesses. Safe travels!

9/1/2021 Update

Because of heavy rain this past week, there will be a delay opening up the Humboldt Ave access to North Market. As of today, Wednesday 9/1, only the 44th Ave access is open at the moment. See map for details on current access routes. More updated information to come soon!

We anticipate both entrances to be opened as of September 1st. We appreciate everyone’s patience and support during this time of construction happening around our neighborhood. See map for updated routes.

We know it’s been a struggle getting to North Market. Regardless of construction, we are still open daily 9am-9pm. Although access routes are limited at this time, we assure you that it’s only temporary. We will continue to update you all as route changes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
